• Service Area: We currently deliver within the UAE. For areas outside city limits, delivery may be subject to additional charges or availability confirmation.
• Delivery Timing: Equipment deliveries are scheduled based on availability and customer preference. We aim to deliver within 24–48 hours of booking confirmation.
• Delivery Charges: Delivery and collection charges vary based on location and equipment type and will be clearly mentioned in your quotation or invoice.
• On-site Handover: Our team will ensure equipment is delivered in good condition and provide basic operational instructions if required.

• Ensure site accessibility for delivery and pickup.
