Standard Return Process:

  • Equipment must be returned (or made available for pickup) on or before the agreed rental end date.
  • Our team will inspect the equipment upon return for any damages, misuse, or missing parts.

Early Returns:

  • If you choose to return equipment earlier than scheduled, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. No refund will be provided for unused rental days unless agreed otherwise.

Damages & Responsibility:

  • The customer is responsible for the equipment during the rental period.
  • Any damage, loss, or excessive wear will be assessed, and repair/replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
  • Security deposits (if applicable) will be adjusted based on inspection outcomes.
